Shipping Coverage

Currently, YOJ Perfume delivers only within Pakistan.

We are working towards expanding our shipping services internationally in the future.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after confirmation.

Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1 business day, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

If additional order verification is required, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 on all orders delivered within Pakistan.

Shipping charges are clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Nearby Cities: Approximately 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Provinces: Delivery may take additional time depending on the courier service and destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by:

  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier service delays
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Unexpected operational issues

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share the available shipping details with you through your provided contact information whenever applicable.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery according to their standard delivery process.

If:

  • The customer is unavailable,
  • The delivery address or phone number is incorrect,
  • Or the customer refuses to accept the parcel,

the order will be returned to YOJ Perfume.

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in future orders being declined or requiring additional verification before dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

YOJ Perfume is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect names, phone numbers, or addresses provided during checkout.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work hard to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

YOJ Perfume is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, severe weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen events.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product, or
  • The wrong product,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • An unboxing video showing the issue

Approved claims will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

International Shipping

At present, YOJ Perfume ships only within Pakistan.

International shipping may become available in the future, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
